BOLINHA'S FEIJOADA
We serve every day our famous feijoada in two versions:
TRADITION:
with ten different kinds of meat: pork ́s tail, ear and foot, jerked beef, Portuguese sausage, pork tenderloin, thick pork sausage and smoked ox tongue.
LIGHT:
only with light meats: jerked beef, Portuguese sausage, pork tenderloin, thick pork sausage and smoked ox tongue.
SIDE DISHES:
white rice , collard greens, fried yucca , banana breaded , fried pepperoni sausage , roasted bacon, pork rinds , grilled pork chop, toasted manioc flour , crumbs , spicy bean sauce and sliced orange.
KOSHER:
custom made, with 1 hour in advance (see our waiters for further information).
